Foundation appoints new board members

Five members were added to the West Virginia University Foundation Board of Directors Saturday at its annual meeting.

Marcia A. Broughton, John B. Gianola, Peter J. Kalis, Edward H. Maier and Douglas R. Van Scoy will each serve a three-year term.

Dan R. Moore was re-elected as Board of Directors chairman, Verl O. Purdy was re-elected as vice chair, Ralph J. Bean Jr. was elected to a one-year term as secretary, and Sue Seibert Farnworth will serve a one-year term as assistant secretary.

Gary R. Pell, Robert R. Reynolds and Joan Corson Stamp are all directors re-elected to three-year terms.
