Get ready for “Parched Madness” by filling out your bracket in our Morgantown Best Bar Bracket Challenge! We asked you for your favorite bars, nightclubs, and restaurants in and around Morgantown, and now the top 32 will battle out for the title of Best Bar Champion! Fill out your bracket today and check back each week to find out who won each round, then check back April 12 when we announce the Best Bar Champion!
Plus, everyone who chooses the correct Best Bar Champion will be submitted into our drawing where one lucky winner will receive a prize pack that includes passes to Morgantown Escape Room, Student Media swag, and more!
How We Chose the Bars
In order to find the best bars in Morgantown, we sent out a survey form and received almost 100 suggestions from the WVU community. The criteria was each submission had to be a bar, restaurant, or nightclub that serves alcohol and located within the Morgantown region. We then paired down that list to the top 32 most submitted bars for our bracket contest, and then used a randomizer to choose the matches in each round.
