Three major renovation projects are coming soon to WVU.

The WVU Board of Governors approved last month three renovations totaling $176 million, according to a University news release.

The renovations are:

  • $100 million for construction of Reynolds Hall, the new site of the John Chambers College of Business and Economics, which will replace Stansbury Hall.
  • $35 million for renovation of Hodges Hall classroom building
  • $41 million for the next two phases of upgrades to Milan Puskar Center, including renovations to the team locker room and equipment room.
  • Reynolds Hall is expected to be ready by June 2022. Hodges Hall will be ready by June 2021. The renovations to Milan Puskar Center are slated for a July 2021 finish date.
